How to use it to help your eyes.

First of all, you must download and install it. :)

Don't forget to visit this site at least once a month for program or documentation update. It is frequently updated.

The reason why I published this application before it reached its final state is
that many people have heavy forms of myopia (more than -6.00 DPT) so it may lead to blindness.
I published this application right now to give those people a chanse to heal their eyes.

Last version contains following features:
  • Normal window mode
  • Maximized window mode
  • 13 lines of text
  • colors selection (this will help you to see lower contrast text)
  • timer
    • text regenerated by timer
    • random color selection using chosen color distance
  • No extended help yet. Sorry, I'll do it as soon as I can.

How to train your eyes with it.
Remember, it is very important that you should follow ALL of my recommendations.
You should do it even if you think they're useless or may be skipped.

ATTENTION!
The methods are different for shortsighted and longsighted people.




For shortsighted.
  • Sit down ahead of the monitor.
  • Smile to yourself. KEEP EASY BUT TRUE SMILE TO YOURSELF DURING ALL TRAINING! THE SMILE MUST BE INSIDE YOU. Imagine that you smile to your eyes. SMile to your eyes as if you smile to your best friend.
  • Think that your future will be good. Perfect. At least very pleasant. You are SURE in your future. You can handle with everything in your future. Every thing is going to be fine. Trust the world. Trust the universe.
  • Run application.
  • The application will show you several strings of symbols. Each line below other has smaller font. Now you will train your eyes by trying recognize the symbols in smaller and smaller strings.
  • KEEP THE DISTANSE YOU CHOSEN BETWEEN YOUR EYES AND MONITOR! Chose the best for you. I recommend to chose the distance as far as you see the first line not so good(but you see some symbols in first line) and see second line more blurred.
  • Relax, look at the lines, try recognize the symbols. When you see the line clear, when you can read the symbols, go to the line below. Keep the distance between your eyes and monitor same during the training.
  • Don't practice too long. Choose the optimal method for you. Try 30-60 seconds sets. You may try several sets, but make a little pause between sets. When you make pause between sets, look at something else. Look at something placed far from you. Massage your eyes. KEEP SMILING!
  • Maybe, somtimes you'll need to massage your eyes. I'll describe how to do it. Close your eyelids. Gently put your fingers(NOT NAILS!!!) on your closed eyelids. Slowly massage your eyes through the eyelids. Carefully! Don't harm your eyes! Open your eyes. Look up. Look down. Then again look up and then down. Repeat several times. Then look left-right several times.
  • After practicing look at something far.
  • Smile to yourself.
  • Think that you love your eyes and you love to see the world.
  • Think that the world is interesting for you. You're interested in seeing smallest details.
When you can see the lowest line, keep practicing. You can increase the distance.
Try do the same with one eye closed with your hand, and other opened. Remember, you should close your eye with your hand, not by eyelids. Because it makes your inner muscules change your opened eye state. So, close your eye by your hand, and keep it open!
Practice same way with other eye.
Remember, if you train your sight with one eye closed, you need to do it with both eyes. If you keep train your eye and don't train other eye for a long time, you'll have a headache and other problems. Don't do so.

For longsighted.

  • Think that your present is good. Think, you can take it. Everithing is fine now. You can handle with everything. Because evry time there are good and bad moments, but generally, the life is good. Love the world. Love the universe.
  • Run application.
  • The application will show you several strings of symbols. Each line below other has smaller font. Now you will train your eyes by trying recognize the symbols in smaller and smaller strings.
  • KEEP THE DISTANSE YOU CHOSEN BETWEEN YOUR EYES AND MONITOR! Chose the best for you. I recommend to chose the distance as near(but not less than 15 cm. ) as you see the first line not so good(but you see some symbols in first line) and see second line even more blurred. Also I advice you to practice both, near and far, because you need your eye muscles to be stronger.
  • Look at the lines, try recognize the symbols. When you see the line clear, when you can read the symbols, go to the line below. Keep the distance between your eyes and monitor same during the training.

When you can see the lowest line, keep practicing. You can decrease the distance, but not too much. 15-20 cm is enough, I think.
Try do the same with one eye closed with your hand, and other opened. Remember, you should close your eye with your hand, not by eyelids. Because it makes your inner muscules change your opened eye state. So, close your eye by your hand, and keep it open!
Practice the same way with other eye.
Remember, if you thain sight with one eye closed, you need to do it with both eyes. If you keep train your eye and don't train other eye for a long time, you'll have a headache and other problems. Don't do so.

For computer workers.
  • Lean back in your chair.
  • Massage your eyes. Close your eyelids. Gently put your fingers(NOT NAILS!!!) on your closed eyelids. Slowly massage your eyes through the eyelids. Carefully! Don't harm your eyes! Open your eyes. Loop up. Look down. Then again look up and then down. Repeat 27 times. Then look left-right 27 times.
  • Smile to yourself. KEEP EASY BUT TRUE SMILE TO YOURSELF DURING ALL TRAINING! THE SMILE MUST BE INSIDE YOU. Imagine that you smile to your eyes.
  • The application will show you several lines of symbols. Each line below other has smaller font. Now you will train your eyes by trying recognize the symbols in smaller and smaller strings.
  • KEEP THE DISTANSE YOU CHOSEN BETWEEN YOUR EYES AND MONITOR! Chose the best for you but not less than 1 meter.
  • Look at the lines, try recognize the symbols. You most go down to the smallest line. You must see it clear.
  • If You don't see the smallest line, your eyes are tired. Practice a little until you see this line well and clear.
  • If cannot see the smallest line from 1 meter distance after long training, i would recommend you to consult your ofphtalmologist.
Try do the same with one eye closed with your hand, and other opened. Remember, you should close your eye with your hand, not by eyelids. Because it makes your inner muscules change your opened eye state. So, close your eye by your hand, and keep it open!
Practice the same way with other eye.
